In our workshops that take place weekly, pupils can dive into a topic of their choice over a longer period of time. In small groups, our educators provide individual supervision so that learning processes can be well accompanied. Regular participation deepens the students' skills and documents their development.
Currently we are offering regular working groups on the following topics:

The common blue, the green hawker and the blue-winged grasshopper - never heard of them? In this workshop, you will have the chance to get to know them as well as many other insects and even observe them up close. Biodiversity expert Olivier literally brings life into the classroom by presenting large living insects and allowing you to breed caterpillars and butterflies yourself. You will quickly realise the importance of these little multi-legged creatures for our ecosystem an what we can do to protect them.
Do you like to draw and design your own projects? Do you want to learn how to use digital media, apps and online programmes better? Are you interested in the 17 Sustainable Development Goals and want to share your message with other children? Then "Media for Future" is the right place for you. In this regular workshop, you will develop your very own creative, digital media project on a topic from the 17 Sustainable Development Goals. You will start by creating your own comic - the app ComicLife will help you. With the programme Scratch, you can then turn your story into a self-programmed online game. And finally, with the app Garage Band, you will compose an individual soundtrack to your story.
"When space key pressed - move 5 steps" - that sounds like a cryptic language to you? Not for long, because in this workshop you will learn how to combine computer commands to make the sprouts on the screen move all by themselves - in other words, programming! With the programme Scratch, you will be able to create your own little games, quizzes or videos and design your own characters and backgrounds. This makes it easy to wrap up little messages that other children can learn from!
Info: This workshop can be very well combined with our project weeks! Through regular workshops with students from the same class, project weeks can be well prepared and followed up. Digital results produced during the project week can thus be optimised over a longer period of time and become all the more useful later on.
